4. Project Process

Our typical project process involves:

  • Initial Consultation

  • Discovery & HQ Visit (where applicable)

  • On-site Survey & Design (including VR experience)

  • Off-site Fabrication (to minimise disruption)

  • On-site Installation & Commissioning

  • Handover & Training

  • Ongoing After-Sales Support

5. Proposals and Contracts

  • All project proposals, quotes, and timelines provided by us are estimates and are subject to change based on final design, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions.

  • A detailed, legally binding contract will be issued for each project, outlining the scope of work, specifications, payment terms, timeline, warranties, and other specific conditions. No services beyond initial consultation are deemed agreed until a formal contract is signed by both parties.

6. Payment Terms

  • You are granted a licence to use the final installed system for its intended purpose upon completion and full payment.

  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any of our proprietary designs or methodologies without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for excellence, 1IRON Golf Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; (iii) any content obtained from the Website; and (iv) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
